Exchange & Return Policy

  • We do not offer exchange or returns once the order is delivered.

  • Only in the rare case of a damaged product received, you can request a replacement.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the damaged item and your order details.

  • If approved after review, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
